1. About DoNote
DoNote is an interactive tool to train musical note identification, sight reading speed, and solfege skills, bridging notation directly to keyboard execution.
2. How to Practice
• Identify the note displayed on the musical staff.
• Tap or click the matching key on the virtual piano.
• Correct hits play the pitch and advance to the next note. Incorrect attempts turn red, increasing the repetition weight for that note.
3. Features & Settings (⚙ Icon)
- Clefs: Practice Treble (G), Bass (F), Alto (C), and Tenor (C) clefs together or individually.
- Ledger Lines: Configure 1 to 5 extra lines above/below the staff.
- Accidentals: Set sharp (♯) and flat (♭) frequencies.
- Naming Conventions: Choose English (C, D), Latin (Do, Re), Persian, etc.
4. Why Sight Reading Matters
